Goshen Hospital Patient Tower Addition
This project includes the demolition of Goshen Hospital’s oldest wing, the 1954 building, and the construction of a new, four-story patient tower. Floors 2 thru 4 of the new tower will consist of state-of-the-art private patient rooms, designed as a Progressive Care Unit, a Cancer Care Unit, a Medical Patient Unit, and a Surgical Patient Unit. These rooms will each have patient lifts, large family areas, a designated clinical area, and completely modern finishes. The first floor of the tower contains a new kitchen, public cafeteria, exterior patio, conference rooms, and the hospital’s administrative wing.
Construction of the Goshen Hospital Patient Tower will begin in October, 2019.

ALICE A. and REX MARTIN INFUSION CENTER
Using a “cardboard city” design process, whereby the entire facility was constructed, life-size, out of cardboard and tested by nursing colleagues, Goshen Health’s new Infusion Center is a patient-focused, efficient space that promotes healing and interaction. A variety of space types, some more public, some more private, allow patients to choose their preferred environment. Special care was also taken to allow in the highest quality natural light, to control interior acoustics and to allow each patient to control lighting and temperature.

Jackson R. Lehman YMCA
Our newest YMCA, the Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA is located on Fort Wayne’s northeast side. At 74,000 sq. ft., this new facility includes two indoor pools, a large wellness center, two gymnasiums and several program rooms. Additionally, this YMCA contains a physical therapy medical office. Finally, this facility is designed to accommodate members who may be on the autism spectrum, with features that including a sensory room and color changing LED lighting in the pool.

Bona Vita is proud to be a part of Goshen Health’s new NeuroCare Facility. This new program includes neurologist offices, a pain management clinic, outpatient infusion therapy, an outpatient lab, and a fixed site MRI. This new, fully-integrated program will focus on Alzheimer’s treatment, as well as the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and injury related diagnosis.

Logansport hospital cancer center
The new Cancer Care Center at Logansport Memorial Hospital represents a continued dedication to the health and wellness of the Logansport community. The Center boasts integrated physician offices, a linear accelerator vault, and both public and private infusion areas.
Goshen Health Hybrid operating Room
The Hybrid Operating Room at Goshen Hospital combines multiple, state of the art equipment packages in one space, allowing inter-operative imaging and diagnostics. Using Revit modeling, each piece of equipment was carefully places to avoid not only room utilities but also other devices. The room allows the surgical team to see real time diagnostic imagery, vital signs and device placement.

Kokomo Family YMCA
Our largest YMCA project to date, the 82,000 square foot Kokomo Family YMCA houses two gymnasiums, a running track, racquetball, aerobics studios, a full services wellness center, two pools, a chapel and undeveloped spaces for future programs and medical suites. Exterior features include a second floor balcony and a street level plaza off of the indoor cafe.
This facility is a bit unique as it is designed as a downtown urban building. Unlike many of our suburban facilities, the plan had to be compact and fit the square nature of the city block on which it sits.
